The first annual Humanities Podcast Network Symposium, “Academic Podcasting”, was held in October 2021.
It was organised by the HPN working group of Laura Perry, Milan Terlunen, Saronik Bosu, and Kim Adams. Ulrich Baer was able to provide sign language interpreters through the NYU Center for the Humanities and John Plotz convinced Latif Nasser to be our keynote speaker.
The hope of the symposium was to build on the aims of the HPN to offer guidance and support to instructors, scholars, and independent creators working in the Humanities who are interested in incorporating podcasts into their classroom practice and/or making their own podcasts.
The conference took place virtually and included a range of presentations, seminars, and workshops. You can watch the sessions back on our YouTube channel.
